ELIZA GULIBAN
Eliza began serving with SEND in 2017. She began to work in missions in 1990 focusing on community development. She has traveled to several countries to train mission teams in community development. Prior to becoming a coach/missions mobilizer, she studied the Albanian language for a year. She got sick however in Albania and had to come home. She joined the PSC Mobilization team shortly after that.
WILMA LIMJOCO
As a missions coach, Wilma Limjoco walks alongside new workers as they begin cross-cultural ministry. Before coaching, she served 22+ years in Taiwan focusing on church planting and discipleship. Her years of cross-cultural ministry enables her to encourage and equip others today. In her free time, she loves to play the flute and do artworks
UBALDO & JOY RODRIGUEZ
Ubaldo was a single pastor among Latinos in his native Colombia and also in the US for 5 years, and Joy was a single SEND missionary to Japan for 9 years doing church planting and training. God brought them together and today they focus on coaching and training Filipino missionaries to multiply their effectiveness for mission. They like to swim and walk in the beach.
JUN & DARLENE JOVELLANOS
As mission coaches, Jun and Darlene guide believers on their path to cross-cultural ministry. Jun joined SEND Philippines in 2015 as a mobilizer. Darlene, a Canadian, served for 12 years in the Philippines as a church-planter and Bible teacher, then another 13 years in the International Office, before focusing again on the Philippines. They are both passionate to help believers discover their part in discipling the nations. Jun and Darlene enjoy playing table games with their 2 grown children.
NELSON TAN
Nelson began serving with SEND in 2011 and spent 11 years in the Philippines focused on pastoral and church planting ministry. Today he coaches applicants and seasoned missionaries, drawing from years of pastoral and cross-cultural experience. He is passionate about mobilizing people for missions among the Unreached People Groups, and enjoys camping with his family.
GILMER & JULIE PADEN
Julie and Gilmer began serving with SEND in 2006 and have spent nearly two decades in the Philippines focused on church planting, discipleship, and school leadership. Today they also coach new missionaries, drawing from years of cross-cultural and organizational experience. They love investing in leaders, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with their growing family
